Founded in 2020 by Hon. Maurice Kakai Bisau, Member of Parliament for Kiminini Constituency, the Foundation was established to address pressing socio-economic challenges and to promote inclusive development.
Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we are dedicated to ensuring that no one is left behind in the journey toward a more equitable and prosperous society.

Hon. Maurice Kakai Bisau is a distinguished leader with over 25 years of experience in governance, humanitarian operations, and supply chain management.
He currently serves as the Member of Parliament for Kiminini Constituency and is the President for Peace and Security at the Forum for Parliamentarians International Conference for the Great Lakes Region (FG-ICGLR), representing 12 countries.
His extensive career includes working with global organizations such as the United Nations, ICRC, and AMREF in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Hon. Bisau holds advanced degrees in Logistics & Management (University of Lugano, Switzerland) and Sociology – Disaster Management (University of Nairobi). He is also pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Leadership and Organizational Change at USIU-A.
Through the Foundation, he channels his passion for community empowerment, education, and social development, building a legacy of impact and hope for future generations.
We support schools by building classrooms, installing ICT facilities, and providing scholarships to disadvantaged students, ensuring every child has access to quality education.
We nurture young talent through football clubs such as Kiminini Combined FC (boys) and Baraton Eagles (girls). By providing training, equipment, and sponsorship opportunities, we empower youth through sports.
Through dairy and poultry farming initiatives, we enhance food security, create jobs, and increase household income. Farmers benefit from training, quality breeds, and market access.
We construct modern school toilets, provide safe drinking water, and conduct hygiene education programs to promote healthy living and reduce waterborne diseases.
The Foundation is working towards establishing a state-of-the-art music and arts center, offering training, mentorship, and recording facilities to unlock potential in the creative industry.
From tree planting and reforestation to waste management programs, we are dedicated to combating climate change and safeguarding natural resources for future generations.
